- Sharon at Collins & Associates has been doing a super job with managing our neighborhood and is continuing to work on getting the builders to maintain their vacant lots along with several other minor issues
- We have finally restored the POND back to its original water level
- We have installed a floating fountain in the pond on 202nd St. hope everyone is enjoying it
- We plan to do a lot more to improve the POND as time goes on
- We have a new Lawn Maintenance provider (Express Lawn Services)
- We are in the process of Stocking the CATCH & RELEASE pond with some small fish, Channel Cat, Bass, Brim, & Blue Gill

2008 Social was a big success
Ron lives in the neighborhood and we feel he will take extra pride in his work.
The Stop Signs have been reinstalled on 202nd which has helped slow the traffic on that street so the children will be safer
Work on the pond is being addressed
Work on cleanup and level the pipeline easment is underway
There were several car breakins Aug 25th so keep you eye out and if you see someone looking odd please report it to 911

Doug Collins of Collins & Associates has been in contact with Jeff Bigby and Kenny Schwab at the City of Broken Arrow regarding the pond at 202nd & 48th. They stated that they would be out to investigate the issue and get back to us.

5/16/08 Wagnor County installed Four STOP signs on 202nd.

Work is in progress to remove some rocks at the entrance and build some retaining walls around the flood lights.
