    For those who live on 48th street with the Explorer Pipeline in their back yard you must submit your request to the ARC of New Bedford HOA and once you have approval from them then you must download and fill out the form "Explorer Pipeline Fence Agreement" and send it to Explorer Pipeline for approval before you build your fence.
